And now... Dust Man. I absolutely adore the Complete Works arrangement of his stage theme. That's why I always save him for last if I wind up playing with Navi Mode on in Anniversary Collection. Dust Man himself... eh, I could go either way.

... And another character with a blaster arm that makes no use of it. Hrm... maybe Cossack was running low on hands when he built these guys?

At first, I was a bit upset that I'd have to draw two "headless" Robot Masters this set, but looking a bit more closely, I found that Dust Man does indeed have a head. It's just hard to tell between those gi-normous shoulders and the vacuum up top. This came out pretty good, especially the hand, though the head-vac seems a bit off.
