Next up is Wave Man, the owner of what has to be the worst ground-tracking weapon ever. Can't fire it unless there's ground in front of you? Fail. Don't care much for him as a boss character, either.

On a side note, he's another design oddball among Robot Masters. Asymmetrical weapon arms: harpoon gun on one side, water cannon on the other. Don't see that very often.

Not much opinion on the drawing itself. You know, after watching a little bit of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door gameplay, I can't help thinking Wave Man's a wannabe X-naut.
