Cloud Man... Unless I'm sorely mistaken, he was the first Robot Master to use the strategy of knocking you over the edge of the arena; a tactic that seems to have fallen out of favor ever since Mega Man forgot how to slide. I don't think I've ever met a boss that made me rely so much on sliding. That's about all I can say about him. His weapon was painfully generic, but I did like his stage, music and gimmick alike.

The picture itself is... eh. Drawing a character without legs was a little unfamiliar and ever so slightly jarring, but overall not too bad. I got the proportions right, for once. Wasn't easy getting good reference. At least, I think that's what I thought. It was a wholly average picture drawn six months ago; time wasn't kind to my memory of the experience.
