Storm is my personal and one of my favorite Primagen.please do not steal or harass me over my Primagen.
Storm was created by an alien who created him illegally without authorization. Due to the creation not having the right equipments, Storm sometimes goes through issues such as glitching and migraines.
The alien that created Storm, named him "Storm Mille". He was created with a strong muscular body build for self defense and to protect others.
