Felecity is very anxious and soft spoken. She's an introvert, and is terrified of confrontation. She can't socialize very well due to being not the most well adjusted, and also has clinical depression, not really helped by her toxic home environment that she grew up in. She's working on getting better now that she's... away from them.
About Vampires (strengths, weaknesses, notable lore):
  Vampires are one of the main four paranormal creatures, including witches, ghosts/spirits, and werewolves. They've been around as long as human society has been, always living just beyond the shadows. They're much more powerful than humans, being physically stronger and faster. Pureblood ones are even stronger than prior-human ones, and also live much much longer. Turned ones need blood to live, and will die if not fed, while pureblood ones just need blood like a human needs sustenance, mainly water, for example.
  Vampires can live off of any kind of oxygenated blood, and most regularly feed on animals, with more ""old-fashioned"" ones occasionally hunting humans. Most don't eat people simply because a major goal of the high-class vampire society is not alerting the masses of their existence. Sure, some people will know, but they want to keep it so that the general public looks at those who believe the same way most people look at the people hunting Bigfoot and wearing tin-foil hats to avoid aliens.
They can't stand exposure to direct sunlight for any notable length of time, and they get a degenerative disease which can be accurately described as a "sun stroke on steroids." Put very lightly and briefly, they burn up from the inside out.

Biography:
  Felecity was born into a very old, very important Vampirian family located in the forests outside of Olympia, Washington. She's the second born child and only daughter of the esteemed Elizabeth and James Addams.
Her family is absolutely awful and horribly toxic. Their parents have long since fallen out of love, sometimes Felecity wonders if they ever were to begin with, and her older brother, Edward, never bothered to bond with her.
She lived in a house devoid of love, and full of underlying hatred and animosity. She was a broken child who never knew what a family should be. Eventually, she got to a point where she couldn't take it, and ran away when she was twelve years old.
She fled south, moving around various small towns, living in the woods and hunting deer and rabbits over the span of two years. Eventually she stops and stays in the woods outside of a small town in northern Oregon, called Deer Creek. While staying there, she encounters a local human girl her age, named Robin.
  "You shouldn't be here... go home."
"Nah, you seem cooler than chem homework."
  Felecity resorts to trying to scare her off, by climbing a tree and hissing, baring her fangs at full length. Robin just shrugs it off, and keeps carrying conversation.
  "Oh, neat, you like a vampire or something?"
"...what? Why aren't you freaking out?"
"You don't seem dangerous. Sorry, but I don't spook that easily. See, what really worries me right now is that you're a teenager who looks like she has been living in the woods for like two years."

"Am I right? Wow, I'm on a roll today, ain't I?"
  Felecity moved from confused bewilderment to the verge of tears, still sitting up in the tree, "Why are you being so nice to me?"
Robin climbed up there, sitting on the branch beside her, "Because you seem nice. Imma keep you."

  And she did, lying to everyone about Felecity's origin and getting her enrolled in her high school, and letting her stay in her house. Robin's parents were skeptical but never pressed the issue, figuring Felecity had a bad home life and wanted to stay with them more than at her home. In a way, they weren't wrong.

Some Tidbits:
Felecity's blood red eyes are really noticeable to normal people, but most people assume she's some weird goth wearing colored contacts, or maybe she has some sort of condition or something.
((Her family name is a pun on the Addams family)) When her old fashioned 300 year old grandmother discovered that humans had made a dark comedy series "making a mockery of their great ancient house." and was completely outraged. She had to go out and hunt something out of anger.
She ends up with a crush on Robin within like a week of knowing her, but tries really hard to not mention it. It doesn't help that Robin mercilessly flirts with her all the time.
She's very cold natured, partly because Vampirians don't generate their own body heat as much as humans do just because they don't need to.
Vampires can see other supernatural beings for what they are, including being able to see and hear spirits. Felecity had a little Native American girl ghost as a friend when she was a very young child. The girl had died in the 1870s near where her house was built.
Felecity doesn't drink human blood if she can help it. The only time she has is when Robin robbed a blood bank for her ("Don't worry, I'll donate some of mine so it'll even out.") Otherwise, she hunts deer and rabbits and other wild animals.
Felecity has read the Twilight series and really hated it a lot. She also watched the movies with Robin, who made it 1000 times more enjoyable.
Felecity does go to school with Robin, but pretty much only goes to a school because of Robin. One of the weirder vampire powers is a near photographic memory, so she really doesn't even need to.
