If you go into Joe's Arcade and look around inside
You might find an odd colored kid playing a game called "Ryde"
He stays here all day and all night
Once he goes home, his parents fight into the early hours of the morning as Arcade Kid sleeps alone
His mother drinks too much and his father cheats
Besides that, though, this kid is happier then you think

They called him a crybaby when he scraped his hands
Riding his bike and taking a chance

Joe Werfer was found dead tonight, inside his arcade where everything was alright
They discovered Arcade Kid crying and trying to revive him
But Joe had taken quite a fall,
His brain was mush and his eyes were gone

So, you may ask, what does Arcade Kid do now?
Does he walk alone on the street? Does he still act like a clown?
Answering that question would uncover a secret, as Arcade Kid hasn't been seen since his mother found him weeping.

Hiding in the woods lies a little grey box, with two locks and a smiling face sticker on top
Opening the box would reveal, an odd colored kid with a smile of fear
