This is my own take on my favorite weapon in the entire Halo series, the MA5B Individual Combat Weapon System, or in layman's terms for those of you less knowledgeable of Halo lore, the assault rifle from Halo: Combat Evolved. Sorry Battle Rifle fans, three round bursts and headshots may be fun, but for me there's nothing like the feeling of drowning your enemies in a whopping sixty 7.62x51mm rounds at a blistering nine-hundred rounds per minute.

This model took me roughly two days to complete in Blender, with a final polycount of 5844. I intend to texture this, and as of now the UVs are mostly unwrapped. If that goes well enough you can expect to see that here on deviantART sometime in the near future. I may also create a version with a reduced polycount and attempt to export it into the CryEngine 3.5 SDK, but we'll have to see.
