Chibi Chelley because why not? :3 Also because my other Chelley picture wasn't turning out like I wanted it to... I tried a sort of different shading technique here. Plus, can I say how much I like the background? It just looks....right to me. I tried giving texture to some of the things to make it cuter, but none of the filters in Gimp looked right, so I just decided not to......
