Year: Some time between 2500 and 3700 CE.
Place: Space. Specifically somewhere in a medium-sized starship. Not like such is all that visible here.
The first time I put this scene to paper was three to five years ago. You probably wouldn't want to see it. Also, that robot was still a human.

If you've seen the guy in my deviation Hologram Map of the Deep, his civilization is allied with the Solar Federation... against a third civilization that wanted to dominate the ocean dwellers and/or terraform their homeworld. No, the war does not last for 1200 years. I just haven't decided when it would take place.

Judging by how far in the future this takes place, it's anyone's guess as to why a starship captain of the most powerful civilization derived from humanity looks completely human instead of like some sort of super-robot. Yes, I do realize I only drew her head and right arm.
