Wow, I LOVE this. Incredibly cool. I love the character, and how her birds are strung through the eyes. I have a fear of trains but the tracks look so great, and it makes for an interesting composition. Really makes you think about what her story might be...

My God, I absolutely LOVE this piece! Really, the simplicity of it is spectacular! I love the way you painted her expression. It really gives off alot of feeling, and yet, it puzzles me to think about her thoughts.
Thank you so much for uploading this. I stare at it every day for about fifteen minutes, and every time, I get a new idea off of it! You should do some more of this character. It would be interesting to see.

At first it didn't look like anything special, but the way you've used monotone yet displayed such vivid details is pretty cool. 8DDD
That defiant look is pwnful, and you've done an amazing job on the textures and wrinkles of the clothes, especially the jeans. ^-^

Just a crit- that hair may be a bit too wispy, which isn't necessary if you wanted to show the hair's look. You could've blended less and make it messier to give the same look in a more organized fashion to go with the rest of it.
