Wonderful colours and lightings here - really love the background and the sense of the warm light and also this being quite a significant place where the characters are...
Of course the sword isn't realistic or practical and the physique is a bit unnatural looking (huge shoulders and body, tiiiiny head etc.) - but this is not your fault, haha, as I know Warcraft Proportions are usually anything but realistic... In that sense though, I think you did a very good job of sticking true to the style though, which would be challenging - this definitely does say "Warcraft", but with YOUR colouring and detailing style added to it, so it gives a good effect indeed in the end, I'm sure the commissioner liked it a lot!
