Description This is a remake of the Vraath Keep map from the D&D 3rd edition adventure "Red Hand of Doom". I think the keep's original layout is somewhat disappointing since it sticks too closely to the grid, and it's also a bit small (especially if the player characters decide to make it their own base of operations). So I made the keep less rectangular, increased the tower's size, and added a new level to it. Other new features include a well, stairs to get to the - currently destroyed - upper level of the gate house, and ladders to get to the - also destroyed - upper level of the stables and the tower's attic (where the goblins installed the "ghost"). Since I decided that even creatures with darkvision enjoy a torch every now and then, the keep is now a bit more illuminated on the inside.

This is a blank version of the map, without numbered encounter areas.

Tools:
Adobe Photoshop CS 3, notebook, some pencils stolen from IKEA.
Time: 5 hours. I had a snafu in Photoshop and needed to redraw the tower.

Enjoy!
