Well I spent probably 20+ hours on this work. It's a combination of digital painting, some photoshop techniques, and imported drawings I did on paper. As you can see from the stock photo below, the top of her head was cut off, so I drew in the rest with my tablet and figured I might try drawing a bunch of swirls of hair and it all escalated from there.
The theme is this girl kind of tangled up in life. The colors show a more natural look. I also painted the hand on the left and made her face and skin look more painted while leaving more of a realistic look.

So creative, and beautiful. I love that you made the artist's hand drawing the piece. I love the idea of her skin melting, and I also love that she is almost like a plant coming from the ground and what not. Just the whole thing is soooo creative and amazing.
