Seasons Greetings everybody!
Here is a 1600x900 image (sorry it is not a totally original painting - very busy at the minute) if anybody is interested in staring at a million stars while drinking Mulled Wine and eating Mince pies!

I like it you didn't make the space too dark. The blue color combined with the bright galaxies creates a wonderful ethereal feeling. A refreshing piece, indeed.

Whoops! I keep uploading the wrong one - it's qupposed to be a composite anyway - but yes.... my layers were not set right and I had one missing too!

Oh wow, I didn't expect you to do another space scene, since I thought that was just something you did in the old days 
I'll be picky though and say that the purple planet just dosn't seem as if it's really behind the cloudy mist for some reason...it seems that half of it was just randomly erased with a soft brush
