hmmm, have you thought about doing something other than a sunset in the sky? not that this isn't good (it's awesome), but it's getting a little repetitive with the same colors in the sky =\

Great pallette as always. The people on the landing platform are a great touch and enchance the vastness of the scene that you always create so beautifully.

Colour:
You found an excellent choice of colour through this piece. Not only are they striking and eye catching, but also calming and exciting, particularly in the sky. I find your natural ability of colour choice most impressive, and this piece reflects very nicely. The emphasis of electric-cobalt blues nicely highlights the light-up areas, while the duller creams, and grey-browns give it that realistic feel and tone.
The overall use of colour in this piece is once again outstanding and deserves a credit. Well done.
Theme:
An interesting theme you chose here...in some ways it reminds me of some of your earlier stuff like "EVENTIDE", "BASILICA" just to name a couple. I quite like this theme, and I'm sure a lot of other do as well, through all the wonderful comments you receive.
The space-craft looks quite similar to the "Delta-Flyer" in Star Trek Voyager. It's shape reflect on the of the pieces overall theme.
Style/Texture:
The use of the smooth texture for the building structures is quite nice, but however sometimes it looks a little plastic like, although it rarely occurs when I do notice that so don't fret. I love your unique style of creating pieces such as this as do many others. You have created your own good reputation through this style, so keep it up.
Objects:
I don't really have any favourite objects in this particular one...
The city in the background has it's own accent over the rest of the image, almost as it it's the creation of a different culture or race then the main establishment in the foreground. Once again the craft reminds me of the Delta-Flyer, and again if I may comment, I like the use of those tiny little people, add a lot more emotion to the piece.
The first thing that I noticed was the strange mountain formation. I wasn't too sure if I liked it of not, but now I do quite like it, because it gives that real sci-fi look to it, and like the city has it's own accent. This along with the terrain really does bring out clarity, and depth, which is important.
Composition/Overall:
The amount of detail is amazing, the use of colour along with texture and style as most impressive, and your overall theme is a perfect reflection of the sci-fi look.
It's composition is brilliant with no real flaws, and I'm glad to see that you didn't cover it with a whole lot of writing, but instead just using your unique trademark in the corner.
Once again good job and I look forward to seeing your next piece.

Thanks for the praise.
This was one of my earlier comments, so as I read over it I think gee, how much does this suck. I am working on improving my comments (you should also check out the Comment Revolution - see my sig), but school has really beaten me down with time.
Again thankyou.

Again another masterpiece! Great arcitecture (sp?), perspective and composition!
The only thing I'd love is some close-ups... I can see some parts where I know there are immense details!
Great work!
