Nice-looking in it's own way, but it's lost the rugged feel of the rock that your original pencil drawing had.

thats good work especially since you used a mouse.
Not sure where your light source is coming from.
I usually start with a gradation layer which i use as a background (see my latest painting for an example) I especially like the stone on top, its well lit and has good texture because it doesnt look too smudged.

Very nice. The shading is well done. With a background this would look even better. Good work.
