Here's my submission for #fastrackartchallenge !!
Fastrack

Behind a veil of calm and poise,
Lies a heart that hides its noise.
Emotions simmer deep within,
But on the surface, a stoic grin.

For fear of judgment or reproach,
We often keep our feelings cloaked.
Yet, concealing emotions takes its toll,
The heart grows heavy, the mind takes a toll.

Let us not fear vulnerability,
Or the rawness of our sensitivity.
For it is in embracing our emotions,
That we find true strength and devotion.

So let us unveil our true selves,
Let emotions flow like ringing bells.
For in authenticity we find peace,
And in revealing, our souls release.
