This design of Robotnik.EXE is supposed to represent the design from the original game.

So I deleted the first version I did of this because it seemed really inaccurate to the original sprite.
So from what I see in the original sprite, is that Robotnik is "frowning", with his glasses(?) being red instead of blue.
