Edit: I am aware that this cat has become somewhat of a meme. Even though I love the meme, this image was used without my consent and without giving me credit. Yeah I know it's not like I should expect more from the internet, but If you desire to use this image and you somehow found this original in the depths of deviantart, please make sure you credit Anyaboz in the description somewhere. Thank you

Also note: I do not recreate any of my past pieces. Every room guardian is one of a kind. This cat was given away a long time ago before it ever became a meme and I did make an new version that I auctioned off on eBay after the meme got big. That being said, I do not plan on making a ton of persian cats at the moment, unless of course you end up getting a commission. More info on commissions can be found in my FAQ at the bottom.

This dramatic little feline has bendable arms, neck, and tail. It has a rose quartz heart. Its eyes are slightly out of focus and its fur a little scruffy because this little kitty has character.

What is a Room Guardian??

Room Guardians are small creatures that protect one's home from negative spirits and energies. These friends can be easily placed on window sills, kitchen shelves, dressers, or wherever to keep watch over the room. Each guardian has a soft faux fur coat and each is individually sculpted from the wire frame to the clay face and hands, so no two are alike. Room Guardians are not plush, they have a solid body but their arms, tails, and necks are bendable and Inside each of their chests is a unique crystal heart to give each one a different energy. These little guys have a lot of character and they love having a home to watch over.

 1. How did you come up with the room guardian concept?
The idea caught fire when a friend and I were walking through an antique store. On one of the bookshelves sat two stuffed foxes wearing riding clothes. I contemplated buying them because one could convince themselves that their expressionless stares were actually seeing and watching over the room. It was as if they were alive though they wer

I seem to remember this little guy's name was Mephisto. When I first saw the meme I knew right away that it was the work of that Deviantartist that makes realistic fantasy animals. And I found you again. I think your work is fantastic. You must have been doing this since you were in your teens. You're so young. I'm 34 and my art dolls still aren't as realistic as your animals.

The most realistic one I made is this tea drinking witch, though I think it's because she's the first one I gave acrylic eyes to. Still she looks slightly comical due to her crooked nose. lol

Anyway, I really love your work and can only hope to gain as much publicity as you have over the past four years.

Where do I buy this fine piece of art? I need it to sit on my shelf. I don't just want a picture of it.

Well unfortunately, this cat has long been unavailable to purchase. He was a gift
to a friend, but you can read my FAQ to see how you could get a commission or
something in the future.
