This is my idea of an angel and I'd have been delighted if, in my early years, she had been my Guardian Angel.  As to your ratings, I would have added a graph for Commonsense which is a combination of experience, practical wisdom and intelligence, (in my definition anyway), and is a rarity for most super heroines - in my experience.  Example:  Two young super heroines, Practica and Gloriana, stumble on to the lair of the arch villain, Magnaslime.  Gloriana says eagerly, "If we rush in now, we can take him down, win glory and save countless lives."  Practica studying the layout from their vantage point says after a few moments, "I think we need to get help.  According to Anya Storm's power rating, he is at least three times more powerful than we are combined; we have no idea what sort of traps he may have laid and while we might beat the henchmen by themselves, the combined power of him and them is a longer shot than I wish to take."  Gloriana replies, "I want to attack now!  That's why we are super heroines; to defeat evil and save innocent lives."  Practica counters, "And neither of that will happen if we are killed or captured.  Now come with me and let's get help."  Gloriana pouts.  Depending on the type of story you are writing and how important these two characters are will determine who wins the debate, but Practica has a high Commonsense rating and Gloriana not so much.
