Description
Swampert is strange to me. It doesn't have the cuteness of Mudkip anymore but is sort of awkward with its open mouth and googly eyes. I tried fixing that, inspired some by the manga and tcg. I also played on that deeper blue and same for the grey as it was something that stood out to me when thinking of the RS sprite; the almost black fin on a white belly.
