I would have to say Twilight Princess because of Midna and the world exploration. I liked Midna's personality, especially how she talked to Link when he's in his wolf form. 
I'm really looking forward to exploring the world of the newest Zelda game for the Wii U too. ^^

for me it was probably twilight princess because of midna. she was cute, and it felt like she had a personality instead of being like a gps telling you all the directions you needed to take. it felt like an actual adventure with her.
