well since you asked...first I like the linear nature of it, the playing with perspective.
then I like the v shaped lines of color and the way that the tulips don't immediately look like tulips,
the curious long low angle lends them a moment of abstraction before they register in my mind anyway, as flowers. And there's that delicious crisp clear reflection waiting patiently to be noticed, and when it is it offers a whole 'nother dimension, it plays wonderful tricks looking first like sky, and then like a void before settling into the image of mirror-like water.
And the odd curlicue reflection towards the end adds a final little stroke of interest.
