This is Cinder, the only one of the mew clones that was the result of an attempted human/pokemon merger.

Team Rocket figured the reason Mewtwo and Mewthree didn't obey them was because psychic pokemon have a more powerful mental fortitude than usual. So they grabbed a no-name little girl from a no-name orphanage and tried to merge her with Mew DNA. After all, a small child with no one took look out for her would be easily coherced and a three month long process of torture began.

Eventually they finally tried to bind human and pokemon DNA together. As they merged, Cinder screamed psychically attracting the attention of all of the Mews. Hearing this, the Mews instantly went to investigate as the psychic signeture was similar to their own idenifying it as the eneryg of a Mew. Unfortunetly, they'd gotten there too late and the poor child had already been killed.

Feeling guilty that this happened again, Mew called Ho-Oh to help. Using their Sacred Ash, the remaining psychic energy in the air and a Mews own DNA to revive her. Unfortunately, she couldn't remake her as a human and instead made her into ReMew. Her appearance reflects her birth. Her hair was already black and since mew used one of the few haurs left behind by her, her fur came out black. Her tail splits into a phoenix flat alongside red bands, highlights and pupils are all from the Sacred Ash used to revive her and her antennae are from Ho-Oh's crest.

The red gem concentrates a lot of her psychic energy.

ReMew's Signeture move is called, Equalize.

Equalize means that held items have no effect, abilities like Mold Breaker, Wonder Guard and Lightening Rod always fail, status changing moves (e.g. posion spore) fail 50% of the time and when they do land- it halves your accuracy, default priority moves like aerial ace also fail, and all type immunities become normal damage. In a double battle, ReMews allies are also affected by Equalize- Cinder is the only one free from the affects and is aware of the irony.
