Hmm, whilst I like this one, particularly how arm in tone it feels, I prefer the sepia version as it brings out the texture somewhat more than in this one

I don't know that I could pick between the two (b/w vs. color). They're both so vivid!
I love his/her eye color and the color variation in the individual hairs here, but the black and white still has that as well, minus the actual color. That doesn't make much sense, but I hope you understand. They're both great! nad he looks like he has his little paw up on his face like "I'm thinking".
