The red in the hair looks wonky, imo. It just looks like you used a skinny brush in Paint and marked it like that, rather than having it look good and blended in.

I don't really care for the randomness of it all, though maybe it has some meaning in your own mind. I love the colors of it all though, and the way the rain looks. I like the idea of the streaks of color in her hair being the only thing of a different shade, but it does look drawn in.
