M'kay. An especially unflattering, out of proportion selfportrait, but a self potrait none the less. I used a mirror, damn it!

More work for Art AS. I've decided to stop stressing about it. I mean, I can do my best, then either drop it or fail! And since this is inevitable, I don't need to worry about it. I feel better now.

This pic doesn't actually look like me. The eyes are too close together, the colours are qite obviously exxagerated, and the whole face looks too wide and too long.

I like oils - I love the way you can really see the brushstrokes. And sometimes feel them! Such texture! And teh colours... I haven't mastered realistic colours yet (oops...) but the colours are nevertheless beautiful.
