yeah, magic ;Dpuff! i guess this covers the basic understanding on how to do these magical shiny bubbles :] to add, you can always do this your way and take out of my tutorial whatever fits your approuch... hope its helpful!

You have such a beautiful and unique art style and I've been a fan of your cats especially for a long while. These bubbles always look amazing in your paintings, so thank you for sharing this. Without it I'd have been utterly lost on how to even attempt one

I just have one really important question! How did you make certain spots brighter? Was that a light render? On the upper-right corner of your bubble, you made it very bright, it looks like a true reflection? How di you do that? It doesnt seem like it could be just the soft default brush? :/

I'd say the really bright parts are easy to create with just plain white color and if you like, add a little blur tool for a softer look. (: Ir you wonder about the "glow" that they reflect, it's all about opacity -- and again, if you want it to look softer, a lil' blur tool.
