For a background for the droid you should make It a live Wallpaper. You should make the lil blue [I'm guessing fairys] Float all around the screen and light up when the person touch one... I'd buy IT...

Cute as always. Could benefit in crisper rendering of the foreground, however - right now it's all homogenously sketchy and the bright warm greens in the back bring that area forward to the point where depth is lost. Rendering out the foreground with care and appropriate textures (especially on what I assume is the dead tree) would help re-establish depth by a lot.
