making Yin look more cartoon-ish as an actual character design for the app/game ( pretty excited about this! )the first thought i had as a viewer "hey don't ya judge me black demon!" D: used paint tool sai and photoshop.

What I particularly like about this work is that it's finished by viewer. What I mean, it depends on viewer how he sees the cat - crouched down to glass surface (chin being the point of pressure/support); or maybe nose high up in the sky or a look to side with right paw around. The more one looks the more it gets alive.
And grey toning fits perfect to stir anyones imagination, even as far as how vivid black is Yin's fur.
And let's not forget the constant interaction with viewer - curious, intimate, judging.

it may look fair simple yet it took me at least 3 hours or more; because of re-painting it to make it somehow right (atmosphere/emtion), at least the way i see it.
