UPDATE! Black kitten is now available as a Live Wallpaper on Google Play! Looks really nice on 2:1 aspect ration screens C:The idea is similar to the artwork titled "wide awake " ( back from year 2012 ) and it's fun to compare them both of these at some point on how technique has changed over the time! I like to think the grass / fauna looks way more "like if I could reach out and almost grab the grass" :}

I love the way you do your drawings. The way the background is, the bubbles, and the fact that everything but the cat, bubbles, and center of attention is out of focus makes it feel like a dream. I once used some of these as like a world on the bottom of a magical lake.

I really do like how you have done the grass for this drawing. Even how curious the cat looks is great. Having the bubble be the thing it is curious about is a great idea. How you have made part of the background look like it is unfocused really helps to focus on the cat and the things in the foreground.

I've seen this before with my kitty buddies, the wind up and pounce technique .
