"...With a sigh he slumped into one of the chairs at the kitchen table, leaning back to watch Spock peer around his childhood home. The half-Vulcan was demonstrating a reservation about it which seemed at odds with his natural curiosity.

“Go ahead and look at stuff,” he encouraged, and Spock seemed to notice for the first time that he was being watched. “Nobody’ll mind.” "

Really, for me Spock is the hardest to draw and all, well, maybe because i like kirk a little too much *smile sheepishly* Spock is just looking around after getting permission as Kirk watches him.

I feel that drawing Star Trek related art keeps me at peace somehow. Kinda like a drug lol.

The interior of Winona's Home is rather conceptual, taken reference from pics of farmhouse interior. Don't think the house will be really big in area and fancy. My perspective is a little warped, so i apologise.

You know, it's really creepy just how similar I picture the house to be. I mean, it's almost identical to how you drew it.

Amazing job. Especially with the perspective.

Its spooky.

Anyway...fricking amazing. I think anyone who can draw in perspective is a God amongst artists as I am thorougly shit at them.

hahaha indeed. but actually what are nick knacks?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

sampleText In reply to applepie1989 [2009-07-21 11:37:01 +0000 UTC]

I think nick knacks is a general term and are any sort of collected item, usually of some sentimental value. They are usually small in size and generally have no real functional purpose, or are not, as the case of nick knacks, being used for that purpose. For example, people who collect crystal figures, roosters(as is the case here), or small antique toys or appliances.

...

Unless your question was rhetorical in which case ^___^
