[Lazy] loves to lounge around and do nothing. He has a cat-like personality where he spend his time hanging in sunlight and fidgeting with objects in his hands. Amusingly, his favorite place to hang is foggy mountains where he can bundle himself up in his fur jacket.

[Passive] Despite his looks, he is extremely docile and easygoing. Most of the time, his sleepy expression reflects his monotone voice. He tend to not be very attentive.

[Curious] Asks too many questions and curiosity takes him too far.

[Dumb of Ass] He does not think. Ever. Most of his decisions are based on impulses and whatever he wants to do at the moment. Fe has no foresight and all of his actions are for instant gratification. He knows basic math and reading, but more than that, his hands are tied. However, he is fairly clever with swindling merchants and stealing trinkets from the market stalls.

[Chaotic Neutral] Due to the fact that he does not think, he says and do many things that gets him in trouble. He's unintentionally sassy and has very little respect for his elders or any important figures in society.

[Hedonistic] He likes to be happy, and he likes to indulge himself with simple things in life like food and the feeling of hugs and comfort.

History:

Fester was an orphan that was abandoned for reason unknown. He was raised by an old witch for the first part of his life and, later on, was set free to travel the world to satisfy his curiosity. He called her mom and visited her from his travels to bring gifts when she was still alive. Nowadays, he visits her grave to plant flowers from around the world. Knowing more about humans than he does dragons, Fe spends most of his life in his human form, only using his dragon form for fast travel. Since he loves to be both versions of himself, Fe switches between his two forms depending on his current mood. His goal in life is to learn, travel, and be internationally lazy.
