Full video @ youtu.be/9X-9UjiO498This storyboard sequence, drawn in 2008, was part of a comic book adaptation project of the script "A Quicker Blood", written by Hamadi Mwapachu. Set during the Vietnam war, the script mixed both horror and war elements. Unfortunately the project was never completed but the finished work, as far as it got, can be viewed @ fieldofarrows.co.uk/storyboard...
I used these preliminary sketches to set out the more detailed final images. However I never managed to finish the project and I recently noticed that I got much further into the script in these more rough images and that they hold a validity all of their own.
The accompanying music track is "Ruby" by SOTABOS.
