This is a cosplay from Tonari no Kaibutsukun also known as "my little monster" in english. In this picture we had shizuko studying, no joke. If you look theres a lot of math problems on that note pad. And as usual we had Haru being the quiet considerate person he is "give her, the space she needs to study" by getting as close as he can and watching her face
