The plane came unhooked,
And, she left the well,
Then she have begun to follow it...
I wanted to draw something for the birthday of
She is really nice with me, she is so understanding and she is so old now ;3
and as you know, I wouldn't be able to write the fable of the giraffe without her.
So, as you can see, I tried another "style", not really different, but I tried "to suggest" instead of "to impose" my ideas. I don't know if you think it's a good choice, but I wanted to try, and I did it :]
The character on this drawing is Daphne. Two weeks ago I drew , the first drawing of the serie .
Software: Photoshop 7
Time: 26 hours
Tools: Mouse + right hand and left hand + head+ eyes... :]

goodness- this is truly an awesome piece! I like especially how the height gets deep atmospheric perspective, and just kind of fades out, and the "small touch" of the girl chasing an airplane. I've gotta try this technique. Swirly clouds RULE!

wow, another awesome piece. I know you were trying to get away from your usual style and try and find yourself, and I've got to say I'm seeing some progress. This is a little bit different than your usual work, this is all my own opinions of course, with different angles, and subject matter, while still retaining some of your "style." Great work and keep experimenting, i like what I'm seeing. Great mix of styles with realism and illustrative style "wind". You also did a great job in getting an expreession of feeling in the painting. I'm no expert on critique, but I know what i see. Superb! I wish I had money to buy print!
