Name: Oracles

Scientific name: Somniosuss levare

A group: A Revelation

Classification: Wild | Dangerous

Oracles are an unknown species located within the depths of the freshwater ocean across the planet we reside in. There’s very limited documentation about these species, as they rarely do show themselves to any staxies. However the recent group of myres tell otherwise, as they fear these beasts. From their stories Oracles are cursed beings that have betrayed the depths, forever to be left to fend for itself in the pitless oceans. They are ruthless and intelligent, as they have never seemed to be able to have difficulties solving problems like getting into a closed off place or how to trap its prey. However it is said they rarely ever appear in groups of 5-7, but only during certain occasions do they appear as it’s known they are solitary hunters, but before the earthquake there was recent spotting of these things roaming. There is no clear information if this species can breed or have any indistinguishable feature to tell one is male or female, but rumors are that this species can asexually reproduce. Unfortunately as of September 30th, there have been sightings of them coming ever so closer to the island. We will continue to document this species, and will come up with new protocols with the help of the myres to avoid any staxies and myres from being the next target.

The legend:

There is said to be a giant oracle, the commander of the revelation

It is the second hand man of the depths, it is blessed by them

It helps controls the seas, bring balance to everything

But they are no longer following the depths

They betrayed them, they took the skull of divine

The depths found out, and forever left them alone

Alone forever and ever, away from the cold embrace of the deep

But the commander looked up

Towards the warm love of the shallows

It will one day rise to the skies and take flight

To be one with the shallows, to be it’s revelation
