I decided to make a Supervillain for Weatherman.

Dr. Protoman

Name based on the band Protomen.

Stats:
Power: A
Speed: C
Durability: A
Range: A
Precision: B
Potential: C

Abilities: Dr. Protoman can bend metal in any way it wants, being able to stretch metal. It can use this ability to conjure metal constructs, like swords. It can manipulate metal in other ways, like making a shield. It can also bend the physics of metal for abilities such as creating metal henchmen (Protomen) that can be within a range the size of Egypt away from their user.

Weakness: Dependency on metal to create its constructs. Although this weakness is eliminated if there is metal in the environment, which would be very likely, if there is no metal for Protoman to manipulate and conjure with, it is very limited on the metal it can create to use its powers or create any metal construct. Thus, this weakness is situational, as most of the stand requires metal besides what it can create. the metal.
