The leader of the Zameeni skitarii legion, Raker personally often sticks with the 10th Zameeni Combat Servicemen, and is a good friend of Commander Afridi.

A big man of at least 7'7", and with a level of combat prowess unmatched by other skitarii, this Alpha is lean, mean, tough, and rough but his augmentations allow the part of his brain that make decisions and strategy and tactics to remain calm, so he can effectively command his underlings. Though often aggressive and ready for a fight, he can let out his human side time and again to those who either earn his respect, or to those who need it.
