I feel like this pair makes less sense than Alice and Angel. The worst part is the fact that I'm pretty sure I elaborated on this somewhere? In a text file? That I actually can't find right now. I have the backstory file, but it's incredibly bare-bones and can refer to either team.

So. Fortuna and Noire. They didn't even know each other in Couleur, but I guess they do now. Let me just try coming up with something real fast lmao.

Fortuna was probably like miserable and stuff. She's not particularly well-suited for summer. Anyway, she was probably feeling pretty sorry for herself and Noire just happened to be passing by. Looks like she's gotten better at controlling all that color stuff. Well, they met, it probably came up that they were both involved in the previous incident, and the two went off to go find who caused this one...

Noire, being a goddess, basically has a built-in a/c.

Fortuna doesn't.

As a bit of a spoiler, the next Ephemere will also use these teams. And hopefully they'll all have different designs, but don't hold your breath or anything.
