Luster Dust and Cascade Chandra have been very close since they were young, as they had bonded over the use of magic. Cascade is the daughter of Princess Celeste and her wives, while Luster is the daughter of Lady Eventide and Madame Mimi. Eventide's sister is married to Princess Lunaria, so they say they're closely related enough to go around calling themselves cousins. Cascade is very fond of her cousin, and often uses her chaos magic to help Luster with her magic outbursts (more on that in another post).---
