Cool concept, and very neat-looking visual design!

I would encourage you to find a less common name for it, though. "Masamune" as the name of a sword is overused to the point of triteness.

I personally think you can omit the sword from the weapon design, and add serrated blades on the sides and fist of the gauntlet.
Personal opinion aside, great design! Very fitting for Kyo. ^^

I like it that spike on the upper arm looks like it might be dangerous for kyo, though I might just be imagining the arm angles wrong

Ice weapon! With a gauntlet! Personally? I think it needs a shoulder guard, but that's just me! I really like the look of this weapon! :3
