Distracted by the sensation, I start feeling around for the new growth.
You feel the growths as they fully poke out of your hair. They're finger-thick, bent rods that seem highly sensitive to smells and scenes. They feel like insect antennae.

"Wha-what?!" I say, feeling the sides of my mouth, simotaneously feeling a clicking sensation.

Your whole head then starts to shift, growing rounder and slightly triangular, with your eyes growing larger and wider, ears and nose vanishing, and pinchers growing over your mouth.

A pressure at your rear end starts as a large abdomen pokes out of your pants and swells to a remarkable size. At the same time, your sides start to grow a second set of arms.

"I-I cant!" I struggle to stand back up, so I look behind myself, only to scream internally as I watch my lower half become several times longer than my original body, developing an exoskeleton and growing many pairs of tiny legs.

"GAH!" I try to 'stand' up again, managing to do so but I raise my torso a bit higher so that my eye level is at about six feet.

"You're small!" I look at you, finding it strange that I, the shorter person, have become taller.

I then realized that my pants and underwear have fallen off to make room for my long body.
