Its not so much that the Sisters hate the Astartes, its more that alot of times they have two very seperate goals to acheive involving the same general objective.
For example, if Planetary Governor A is a Psyker and planning to fuel a rebellion and gain independance from the Imperium, good chances that the Sisters are gonna roll in alongside the Astartes and level the local PDF forces, then wind up bickering over the Governor. Sisters would likely want to haul him to the nearest base for interrogation. The Astartes would be nice to him and just put a round through his head. Instant conflict. This was the same logic I always used for why you wind up with so many Imperial forces getting pissy with each other in tabletop.

O.O I would pay good money to see that. Wish I could draw this well, I've been browsing Space Marine pics all morning. But the only thing I can do is write... Ah well. Maybe another time... Still, cool pic and I look forward to seeing the story.
