Lily Godwin is minding her own business, when J. Creeper catcalls and flirts at her. Lily snaps, fully tired of J. Creeper messing with her, she will make him hurt. She cast lighting at him, but her blocks it easily with his hand. While his hand stings he asks what has gotten into her, saying he was only expressing his feelings for her. Lily then yells at him that she doesn't love or like him, sees him as a disgusting creep, and never will have feelings for him. This stings J. Creeper right in the heart. He rushes off in tears knowing the woman he fell for, will never express the same feelings he has for her, back to him. Lily could not care more about J. Creeper's sorrowful retreat, maybe he will now leave her alone.
J. Creeper returns to his home, sobbing for hours, heartbroken. His sorrow, forces his body to shoot magical spectral dust out of his eyes and mouth. The magic spectral dust floats around for miles, until it descends on the ground. As it comes down, Mifi, Faro Rosso, and Elemental Woman are relaxing late at night. The magic spectral dust comes in contact with their bodies, and forces changes to their superheroine bodies. Thanks to the malicious power of J. Creeper, the three superheroines are given second forms that they can now call upon whenever fighting tough foes, or for whatever they desire. It looks like some good might come out of Lily's rejection of J. Creeper's love.
