Description On Chascher, as on Earth, the rules of evolution apply. Only individuals who can find a mate can pass on their genes. Of course, if females start only mating with the prettiest males, evolution can go wild. The sexy heads are a group of quail to turkey sized quadaves. Because of sexual selection, males have developed crazy crests, colors, and dances.

The sexy heads can be found in the woodlands of the large southern island. They're divided into two groups, grovers and outcroppers. Grovers are larger, and spend much of their time keeping their grove sapling free and defending it from invaders. They use their groves as a stage for dancing and showing off on. Outcroppers are less territorial, and instead sing from high places, such as high trees and rocky outcrops.

In the foreground is a pair of swoosh heads. The make is making a pile of rocks in front of the female, perhaps to demonstrate nest building skills or something. They're rather weird creatures. In the background, a blue puffer is dancing alone.
