Ok so after my two recent concept designs I've had some great feedback with some useful info. For my next addition I hope to have addressed a lot of visual elements to the design.
Dock menu tweaks:
- One major change is the size; the design was large before due to using my TV as a monitor when creating. This time I have rescaled it to PC res so it looks a lot neater then before and doesn’t take up nearly as much screen space.
- Also I have also added a little styling to the dock, including an overall balance of opacity as well as keeping all the features still accessible.
So with those changes I hope the design better illustrates my ideas for this concept. I intend to create an OS design that is both efficient to the highest degree yet also has a sleek modern style which would suit many tastes. Without a start menu this OS concept offers a way to access the most important files and shortcuts on your system as well as allowing the freedom to choose your own items to put in the dock just one click away.

I will have more previews on the way for the concept, please show any support you can by watching me to keep a tab on where this is going. This is a concept project at the moment but anyone is welcome to join me in this project, this is not just to learn but having these designs in my portfolio would be great especially if I was doing collab’s on this project. Who knows, with enough support this concept design may become a reality.
