I didn't know what to draw for drawtober today, but I knew I wanted to draw an ARPG character of mine, so I opted to draw Nux since he's a good boy!! Honestly, I was pretty bored with this picture in the beginning/didn't like it, mainly Nux's pose was/is pretty boring, even though I didn't want to spent the time making a big fancy pose for him on a quick drawing, so it makes sense. However, after spending time making a fancy/fun background, and polishing the whole picture, I'm pretty happy with it. I can't really complain, I mean, c'mon, it's Nux~~~~ The background was an absolute blast to make! I alluded to a desert/wasteland vibe with the colors and particles, and the diagonal lines furthest back were supposed to subtle resemble tire tread tracks! As for the chains, that's also symbolic and (if you've seen the movie you know why) somewhat important to him!! I also just have a bunch of brushes on my art app that I never use which are chains, so I thought it would be fun to use to bring the picture together a little bit more!Enjoy!
