I was in the middle of Graphite_002 , and this song came up in my iTunes playlist... and this image popped into my head. So I stopped what I was doing and drew it, before I lost it.Here's the lyrics to the song it's based on.. "So I Thought" by Flyleaf.

It's... a bit difficult to explain, but I think the image speaks for itself. It's better if you've heard the song, I suppose - it has so much atmosphere and emotion in it, so I tried my best to capture that in an image. The song always has me choking up when it hits the final chorus.
I suppose you could consider this a "sequel" of sorts to Hold On to Jesus and Thy Word ... heavy atmosphere, dim lights, all that sort of thing.
I know it's a bit rough and poorly drawn, but bear with me... I don't draw the female form very often... or detailed hair. Gotta start somewhere.

Okay, I'll be honest. I almost LOLd when I saw the clock, I seriously thought the time was 4:04.....
SOS there is right, it is Very Emotional. I can only imagine she just got a Text-Messege-Break-Up. either that or someone close just died.... though I wouldn't think that would result in a broken pictureframe on the floor face down.
Flyleaf are a pretty good band, well, I guess I really shouldn't say that since I've only heard "I'm so sick" but I do like that song and I can see them having more than just 1 good song to them.
BTW, nice shameless plug in the poster. lol.
