Once, i was young.I was desperately lost in an endless expanse in an everchanging landscape of brightness.
But that wasn't really the most alarming thing about this journey-- No.
I was lost in a world of all-encompassing light, and only had the muddled sight of your shadows
in the distance to right my course of direction, as i sought shade to rest within.
The heat was so intense it broke me before i made it - but the mission was complete.
You saw me fall to the ground, with nothing left in my head but the etched sigil of family
You found me, and you took me home.
